and back in Rome on our last evening (1)

Private driver for our movements between locations as part of Divora’s itinerary (trains, busses and taxis as needed, also included)

A total of 300Euro credit per each traveler for cultural tours of your choice (choose from a list of available tours and we will arrange them for you)

All dinners and all lunches included

1 hands-on cooking class in each of the locations (total of 3)

1 vineyard/winery wine tasting in each of the locations (total of 3)

Plenty of free time for you to walk around, shop, sightsee and rest - Italy is never a race :)

SEPTEMBER 24

• Everyone lands in Rome’s FCO airport today

• Our private drivers drive us to our hotel in Rome (~30 minute drive)

• Check into the hotel, unpack and unwind

• 6:00pm: Meet for our welcome aperitivo and meet & greet

• 8:00pm: Dinner

SEPTEMBER 23

• Enjoy your breakfast

• 10:00am: Your guide will meet you at your hotel lobby

• 10:30am - 2:30pm: Guided walking food tour of central Rome with breakfast + street food tastings + light lunch + wine

• 2:30pm - 7:00pm: Open afternoon. A great time for you to enjoy your chosen tours of sites such as Colosseum, Vatican, etc). We will pre-arrange the tours upon request and based on availability (you each have a 300Euro credit)

• 8:00pm: Dinner

SEPTEMBER 22:

• Enjoy your breakfast

• Morning of shopping! Vintage and current styles around central Rome (warehouse rummaging for vintage bags, clothes and accessories, as well as visits to current fashion boutiques)

• 1:00pm: Lunch

• Return to the hotel to rest and relax, or you may choose to visit more of Rome and her sites

• 6:30pm: Happy hour

• 8:00pm: Dinner

SEPTEMBER 23:

• 10:30am: Check out of Rome hotel

• Pick up by private drivers for transport from Rome hotel to Umbria

September 23-26
(3 nights in Umbria)

SEPTEMBER 23 continued:

• 10:30am: Pick up in Rome hotel by private driver (~1 hour north to Umbria)

• 12:30pm: Arrive in Umbria village, check into our lodgings (one being a historic farmhouse, the other a historic small palace)

• 1:00pm: Lunch

• Relax, unwind, nap, explore

• 4:30pm: Private drivers pick us up and drive us up the hill for a walking tour of the Medieval walled village

• 5:30pm: Sunset aperitivo in the main piazza overlook in the village

• 7:30pm: Dinner in the village

SEPTEMBER 24:

• Take your time waking up, enjoy Il Dolce Far Niente (“the sweetness of doing nothing” as we say here in Italy)

• Typical Italian pastries, cappuccino and tea for breakfast at the farmhouse between 9:30am and 11am

• 11:00am: Drivers pick us up and take us 25 minutes away to an iconic UNESCO World Heritage Site village for sightseeing

• 12:30pm: Lunch

• 2:30pm: Drivers to drive us away to winery wine tasting in an ancient cave system (~30 minute drive)

• 5:30pm: Return to our lodgings

• 7:30pm: Drivers drive us to a local mom-n-pop’s restaurant nearby

SEPTEMBER 25:

• 11:00am: We begin our cooking class in the farmhouse kitchen (learn to make pasta from scratch + first course + dessert + wine)

• 1:00pm: Hard earned lunch will be served on the terrace

• Relax and unwind after lunch at the pool (or back at the palace for those lodging off-site and wanting to go rest)

• 7:30pm: Dinner is served at the farmhouse, cooked fresh and to perfection using local meats and locally foraged vegetables

SEPTEMBER 26:

• 11:00am: We leave Umbria for Tuscany (~2.5 hour drive north)

September 26-29
(3 nights in Tuscany)

SEPTEMBER 26 continued:

• 11:00am: We leave Umbria for Tuscany (~2.5 hour drive north)

• Stop along the way in one of our iconic Autostrada Pit Stops for a restroom break, coffee, lunch, snacks, anything you’d like

• 3:00pm: Our approximate time of arrival in Tuscany (historic villa complex with pool, bar, restaurant, formal gardens, and 600+ olive trees)

• Unpack, unwind and relax for a while

• 6:00pm: Gather at the farmhouse’s bar area for Aperitivo with Tuscan finger foods and wines

• 8:00pm: Dinner is in the farmhouse’s farm-to-table restaurant

SEPTEMBER 27:

• Enjoy your breakfast

• 10:00 - 10:30am: Meet your guide in the hotel lobby

• Day trip to the nearby village for historical site tours and sightseeing of iconic monuments

• 1:00pm: Lunch

• Free time to enjoy the village as you wish (shopping, more sightseeing, sipping on wine, swimming in the pool, anything you’d like, it is your time)

• 4:00pm: Return to our villa to rest, relax, dip in the pool and change attire for dinner

• 8:00pm: Dinner in nearby castle

SEPTEMBER 28:

• Enjoy your breakfast and open morning

• 12:30pm: Our private driver will take us to a nearby vineyard for a cellar tour, light lunch and wine pairing

• 4:00pm: Return to our villa to rest, relax, dip in the pool and change attire for dinner

• 6:30pm: Meet in the courtyard for an abundant aperitivo cocktail hour

• 8:00pm: Upscale dinner reservation in nearby village

SEPTEMBER 29:

• Enjoy your breakfast

• 10:00am: Check out of our farmhouse in Tuscany and drive south to Rome (~3 hour drive)

September 29-30
(1 night in Rome)

SEPTEMBER 29 continued:

• 10:00am: Check out of our farmhouse in Tuscany and drive south to Rome (~3 hour drive). We will stop for lunch along the way

• 3:00pm: Check into our lodging in central Rome (or drop off our luggage in the hotel if early check in is not available)

• Enjoy Rome this afternoon, walk and shop and sip on coffee as you please

• 6:30pm: Meet for a classically fabulous rooftop cocktail hour aperitivo (make sure to dress up to celebrate and reminiss of our time together)

• 8:00pm: Elevated gourmet dinner reservations for our last meal together

September 30:

• 10:00am: Check out of our lodgings in Rome

• Depending on what time you need to be at FCO airport, our private drivers will pick you up individually and take you there for your convenience
