A note about Rome in 2025:
2025 is the Catholic religion’s JUBILEE year

Every 25 years, those of the faith venture on a pilgrimage from all over the world to the Vatican (and Rome). The city is preparing to host 30+ million travelers on top of regular tourism numbers. It is my recommendation to fly to Italy and then join one of my non-Rome culinary adventures during 2025. Hotels, transportation, goods and services will increase in price and there will be an incredibly high amount of crowding in Rome during 2025.

Our culinary adventures begin in major cities (or in an easy to find locations when we explore more off-beat villages). Private transportation is available (upon request, we have several private drivers at the ready) to take you to your apartment or villa. Your lodging is always included, safe clean and comfortable… your home away from home, where you will be greeted by a collection of happy hour libations for you to enjoy while you unpack your luggage and settle into your new home for the week. Our experiences begin the same evening of your arrival, though it will be very much relaxed and easy (you will need to rest from your flight after all!). The next morning, we begin our true adventure and, based on the itinerary I will have created for your specific tours, we will have a blast together.
